I’m not new to confinement centres, so I can truly appreciate the level of detail, care and effort the team puts into everything here. (Cosy room, Heated bathroom, live babycare monitoring system using tablet, professional team, excellent menu and the child play area! )
Special thanks to the head nurse and lactation consultant for their professional guidance (total life saver when I had my engorgement, they follow up and provide assistance thoroughly) the baby room nurses who cared for the babies day and night, the housekeeping team for keeping everything clean and comfortable, and the customer service team for always being so responsive and helpful. Last but not least, the in house kitchen chef who came up with delicious and nutritious menu everyday !
Price may be on the higher end, but with the level of care, professionalism and attention to detail — it’s absolutely worth every penny!
