After staying at another confinement center for my first baby, I chose this one for my second baby to ensure a better experience, and I have no regrets.
The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, from the sales representative Joanne to the customer service team (Ying, Amelia, and Edna) and the nurses (Fion and Shamimi) who care for my baby around the clock. In comparison to my previous confinement center, they offer me the opportunity to try out different brand of breast pumps before making a purchase decision and they offer exceptional support by sterilizing my pump and storage bottles after every use, allowing me to rest and helping me avoid the carpal tunnel syndrome I developed after my first childbirth.
The daily confinement meals are delicious, with afternoon tea being the highlight and my favorite meal of the day. They also provide daily activities for mothers, including yoga, music, and art therapy, along with valuable tips for baby care. Additionally, they have Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and pediatric visits on a weekly basis, with TCM practitioners prescribing herbal teas tailored to each mother’s individual condition.
I wholeheartedly recommend this center to first-time mothers and even those having their second baby, like me for the best confinement experience.
