This is one of those staycations that you wish it never ends.
As a 1st time mommy, I truly appreciated all the care, support and guidance given during my confinement stay at Little Precious. Every team (in-house Lactation Consultants, Nurses, Customer Service & Housekeeping teams) and those working behind the scenes had shown great care towards us throughout our stay.
After checking in for 2 days, our baby had to be re-admitted to the hospital for phototherapy. The nurses at Little Precious were proactive and helped us packed all the baby items (diapers, formula milk powder since my EBM is still low etc.) needed for the hospital stay. To be honest, after labour and with baby’s jaundice on an increasing trend, I had no headroom to think thoroughly what I will need at the hospital. The Customer Service team also helped arrange for my confinement meals to be delivered at the hospital since we lodged for a night with our baby. We were very thankful for all the help given. Alternatively, a chargeable nurse escort service is also available at Little Precious.
The classes organized (for e.g. Music Therapy, ExpressiveArt Therapy, Breastfeeding etc.) were meaningful and helpful for me. The 5 meals provided per day were delicious!
We were also thankful to have a Candlelight Dinner organized by Little Precious before returning home.
A big shout-out to En Ning (Lactation Consultant) who has journeyed with me on my breastfeeding journey during the stay. I truly appreciate her patience, understanding and support because breastfeeding can be a hot mess when things don’t go the way I expect.
I’m glad that we went with Little Precious! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a well-equipped and strategically located Postnatal Confinement Centre in KL.
