Choosing Little Precious Postnatal Care Centre for my third postpartum confinement was one of the best decisions I made, and I have absolutely no regrets.
The nursing team is attentive, efficient, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Chief Nurse Fion, who is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to share the latest evidence-based baby care practices during the weekly classes. It reminded me that there’s always something new to learn as a parent, regardless of experience.
My heartfelt appreciation also goes to the wonderful Level 9 nurses—Ainaa, Sue, Ain, Fiqah, Yana, Siti—for taking such loving care of my baby, Elara. You can truly feel how much they love every baby in the nursery and treat them as if they were their own. Leaving my baby in their hands gave me complete peace of mind.
The food deserves a special mention too. With five nutritious meals a day, including a nourishing tonic soup every night, every meal was balanced, delicious, and beautifully prepared. High tea quickly became my favourite part of the day—the desserts were definitely my little daily boost of happiness!
The housekeeping team was equally amazing. They kept the room spotless every day and were always warm, friendly, and ready to help. I also appreciated how accommodating the housekeeping team was in serving my meals according to my preferred timing, always ensuring they arrived warm and fresh. Special thanks to Auntie Rossa, Doona and Emily for going above and beyond, even helping to receive my food deliveries and parcels at the lobby.
Breastfeeding can be challenging, and I’m so grateful for the support from the in-house lactation consultants, En Ning and Afifah. Their encouragement, practical advice, and patience gave me much more confidence throughout my breastfeeding journey.
Another highlight was the wonderful spa treatments by Kak Ramah. Every massage was relaxing, therapeutic, and something I genuinely looked forward to during my stay.
Lastly, a huge thank you to the Customer Service team—Rachelle, Shirley, Edna, Marie, and Ying. They were always attentive, responsive, and efficient in coordinating everything seamlessly, often assisting me even late into the night. Their dedication truly made my stay comfortable and stress-free. I also enjoy the weekly mummy activities hosted by the team.
A very special thank you also goes to Joanne, the sales consultant who first introduced me to Little Precious. From my very first visit until I checked in, she was patient, professional, and never pushy.
Thank you to the entire Little Precious team for making this postpartum journey such a positive, comfortable, and memorable experience. I will always look back on this confinement month with gratitude and would wholeheartedly recommend Little Precious to any mummy looking for exceptional postpartum care. ❤️
