As a second-time returning mom to Little Precious, I’m overall still very satisfied with the service and experience here. They even provided a small bed for my three-year-old, allowing us to sleep comfortably together as a family every night.
The customer service and housekeeping are truly top-notch. Special thanks to Joanne and her team for taking such great care of us. A shout-out as well to Emily, who is always warm and welcoming—she even remembered us from our last visit!
One of my top priorities is the 24/7 nursing care and their 2:1 nurse-to-baby ratio. All the nurses here are professional, attentive, and well-trained. I also appreciate the timely updates on my baby’s condition, and the weekly pediatrician visits provide helpful guidance and reassurance.
The food remains excellent even with the change in chef. I still look forward to their nourishing soups and daily afternoon tea!
I also love the massages, which are much needed for postpartum recovery. I recently tried the newly added Emsella chair, and it was great for strengthening my pelvic floor muscles.
Overall, I’m still very satisfied with Little Precious and would highly recommend it to new moms!
